When we travelled with Chef Pradeep (our culinary consultant) across India, I realized that ‘PIND’ is not only used colloquially across India but also stands for very sensitive and unified community sentiment. The good service demonstrates a high level of quality at Pind Da Swad. All in all a perfect place for a family and to try innovative and tasty Punjabi food. A special mention to mushroom lovers- do try Mushroom ke Mohre, it is again an innovative dish by them which has spiced mushrooms infused with cheese and served after baking it in bhatti.
